Inn-Town Homes and Apartments is currently accepting applications for two seasonal part-time positions: Leasing Consultant and Office Administrative Assistant.

Our openings begin Fall Semester with new hires starting in early October.  This position is seasonal during our busiest times and your availability and hours will need to be updated each semester.  We are looking for students who are able to work from 15-20 hours per week, including Saturdays and Sundays. During rental season, employee hours range Monday through Friday from 10am – 9pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from 11pm – 5pm.

We offer a flexible work schedule around your classes. We are not open on home football game days, and we do not require you to work over Thanksgiving weekend or Christmas break.

Students interested in the position must:

  • Be friendly
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Be able to multi-task (including answering a multi-line phone system)
  • Be comfortable with a sales-type position.
  • Have a clean driving record
  • Meet the 15-20 hours per week requirement, including weekends

Starting wage is $11.50/hour for either of these positions. Leasing agents also have the opportunity to earn commissions.
