Rental Season is approaching!!

2022-2023 Rental Season Dates & Deadlines:

Renewal Deadline: Current residents are given the first opportunity to reserve their apartment again for 2022-23.  They have until October 8, 2021 to renew their unit.  Current residents may contact Inn Town Homes to begin the renewal process via email.. Early Rental Options: Some students who know exactly where they want to live can secure an apartment BEFORE our rental season officially begins through our Early Rental Option.  Interested future residents should contact the current residents of the property directly and ask them to sign over the apartment to them before the October 8th, 2021 Renewal Deadline.  (Learn more about this process here.) As long as the current residents paid market price for rent this year, you can lock in their same rate by renting early. Students pursuing the Early Rental Option must turn in an Early Rental Option Intent To Lease Form (found here) between now and 5pm on October 8th, 2021 along with the security deposit.  They will then complete the leasing process (found here) to secure the apartment.

Rental Season: All apartments/houses that are not renewed or signed over via the Early Rental Option will be on the market and available to rent as of October 11th, 2021.  Prices and availability for 2022-23 will be posted on our website by that date.  We will officially begin our Rental Season on October 12th, 2021 with a combination of in-person tours, virtual tours, and floor plans which will allow perspective residents to view and select their future college home.  During Rental Season, Inn Town Homes will feature extended student-friendly office hours between 9am-7pm on weekdays and 12pm-4pm on weekends.  Students can begin scheduling appointments by calling our office on October 12th, 2021 at 614-294-1684.

Packages & Deliveries

Consider using the Amazon Store at E. Lane & High, the FedEx at High & E. 18th, or a UPS Locker/Drop box when possible.  When not possible, we will accept deliveries under 50 pounds at our office during business hours.  Residents received an email describing the policy in detail.

Subletting

A sublet agreement is available here. For the time being, we recommend scanning and emailing all signed Sublet Agreements. Sublettor ID photos can also be emailed.

Towing

Parking rules remain in effect at this time. Hound Dog’s Towing will continue to operate and can be contacted at (614)291-2101.

If you wish to let a roommate borrow your parking pass, please exchange the physical sticker with them. Since we will not be in the office, we will not be available for replacement or temporary parking passes. As long as the pass is correctly displayed on the passenger side of the interior rear windshield, you may park the car in your designated lot.
